GolfBuddy handheld GPS rangefinders are guaranteed to be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of original purchase, when used under normal conditions. GolfBuddy will not be responsible for any software, firmware, data information, or memory data contained in, stored on, or integrated with any products returned to GolfBuddy for repair by the original purchaser.
To obtain a warranty service, purchaser must have a RMA number from GolfBuddy Support and return the item to the point of purchase with proof of the original purchase date. Please call GolfBuddy Support to acquire an RMA number or for further information.
Limitations and Exclusions
i) The lithium polymer rechargeable battery carries a 6 month warranty from the date of purchase.
ii) Original purchase receipt with date of purchase required.
iii) The warranty does not cover any damages caused to the unit by improper use, customer neglect, or repairs performed by an unauthorized technician.
iv) Using any non-GolfBuddy components such as USB cables or chargers will void the warranty.
v) The warranty does not cover damage to the LCD or LED screen due to customer neglect such as cracks and scratches or any damages caused by exposure to excessive temperatures.
For units purchased at a retail store, please follow the store’s own refund & returns policy.
i) Please call your local support number to obtain your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and details about your return process. RMA numbers are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance.
ii) We will not accept returns without a RMA number. Any items returned to Golf Buddy without a pre-authorized RMA number will be returned, post-paid shipping.
iii) An original receipt with date of purchase is required for all returns.
Goods purchased outside of Australia must be returned to original point of purchase for any warranty requirements.
